Presbyterian Women Retreat Signups

What is Presbyterian Women?

Presbyterian Women (PW) is a church-wide fellowship organization open to all women members and visitors.  PW offers many opportunities for individual spiritual growth and service through Bible study, prayer, mission/witness, and congregational care.  Circles meet the second Tuesday of each month during the school year beginning with a joint meeting in September and ending in May.  Each year, the PW Retreat provides women a chance to form deeper friendships during a Friday evening though Saturday lunch conference.

Even if women can only attend once or twice during the year, they are invited and encouraged to attend circle meetings or participate in PW projects.  Fourth is a joyful congregation, and we think that one reason for this is the bonds of Christian friendship that PW encourages and supports.

Thank Offering boxes will be collected at the November Circle meetings or they may be turned in to the church office.  100% of Thank Offering donations support programs that "relieve pain, provide clean water, alleviate homelessness, provide educational opportunities, promote health, and improve the lives of women and children throughout the world."

Each year, the Tuesday Morning Breakfast and Bible Study Group and PW sponsor the Community Advent Communion Service.  The service is from 11:00 - Noon the first Tuesday in Advent.  The congregation is encouraged to attend and to invite guests.
