Sterling Missional Partnership Conversation

You are invited to participate in a co-discernment process to review and refresh Fourth’s missional partnership with the Sterling Community. This is an opportunity to step back and ask big questions to uncover the present challenges within our partnership, to refine what is working well, to change what is not working well, and to refresh our partnership in a way that would be more mutual, collaborative, and beneficial for all involved. 

To facilitate important conversations, we will use the World Café methodology, which is a structured, collaborative dialogue process used to host large-group discussions. By mimicking the welcoming, relaxed environment of a real-life café, it encourages participants to freely explore meaningful questions, cross-pollinate ideas, and tap into the "collective intelligence" of the entire group.
