Women's Retreat

What are your portals into wonder and awe? What are the circumstances, habits and activities which usher you to the threshold of experiencing the Holy Spirit? Join speaker Jeannie DuBose and your 4th Pres women friends as we explore these questions both playfully and reverently through the prism of images, music, scholarship, scripture and reflection exercises. Even as we search for the Holy Spirit, we are not blind to the reality of suffering in the human journey, and so we will also explore whether, and how, suffering intersects with wonder and awe. Come prepared to listen, lament, learn, and laugh!
